A man will not always be the breadwinner of his family, but he will always be its protector. It is a man's duty to be safe and provide the ones he loves with consistency and predictability. This is a challenging feat, especially in today's constantly evolving society. Many men come to therapy thinking that they'll expected to vent their childhood traumas and cry a lot. While doing so is fine, my goal is to teach men how to feel things without simultaneously feeling weak. I have helped hundreds of successful men gain deeper insight into how to regulate their emotions effectively, while being increasingly selective concerning where and when they show their vulnerabilities.
